Level Lift’s investments in the very best equipment demonstrate the commitment to remain the clear leader in this specialized industry.
From the mightiest Unified Hydraulic Jack systems to the smallest beam clamp, only the strongest equipment will do.
And that equipment comes from the best manufacturers in the industry: Hevi-Haul, Jahns, Modern Hydraulics, Armstrong, Buckingham, Aeroquip, Enerpac®, Power Team®, Hillman, Simplex, Sterling, Miniveyor™, Bobcat®, Kubota and MatJack.
Our micro excavators can fit through a 29” wide doorway and go down a stairwell or elevator. Once inside, they widen their tracks for stability. These machines are very helpful during the preparation for a house lift. The jack-hammer attachment breaks up concrete floor slabs. With our assortment of buckets and a ripper tooth, these micro excavators make short work out of pre-digging the holes required for the house lifting cribs. We also use them to assist the larger mini excavators in digging out basements under buildings, and they are perfectly sized to load our electric mini conveyor belts.
CONVEYOR BELTS & ROLL-OFF BINS
Electric Conveyors: Quiet and steady, perfect for excavating under buildings. 10’ sections totaling 120’ or longer.
Level Lift has invested in the Vancouver Island’s only complete Mini Conveyor Belt System. We bought it specifically for excavating under buildings.
Whether confined space excavation is required for a deeper basement, underpinnings, bedrock removal or the preparation for a replacement foundation, our system saves you money. Our conveyors can also be used to import new road base, drain rock, sand and top soil into otherwise inaccessible locations. We use them in conjunction with our fleet of roll-off excavation bins, excavators and slinger trucks. They can haul material upwards, downwards or horizontally. Our system can be installed almost anywhere, from stairwells and narrow side-yards to sea-side cliffs.

It features accuracy down to a single millimeter.
Better than a laser level, our Zip Level needs to be set up in only one room in order to take floor elevation readings in all of the rooms.
